Questions about pricing and limits
How much does Wirevet Lite cost?
US$ 59 per month per practice outside Chile, and $59.990 CLP per month in Chile. It's a flat rate: nothing is charged per use, per transaction or per document you issue. There's no setup fee and no lock-in, and the 15-day trial is free and needs no credit card.
Which countries is it available in, and how do I pay?
The system works in any country. Practices in Chile are billed in Chilean pesos ($59.990 CLP per month) and everywhere else in US dollars (US$ 59 per month). Email contacto@wirelan.cl or message us on WhatsApp at +56 9 2383 2169 and we'll arrange the payment method that suits you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The 15 days start counting from your practice's first login. When it ends, the monthly plan is activated if you want to carry on; if you decide not to, you're not charged anything.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. The Lite edition is self-service: there's no installation, no site visit and no implementation fee.
What happens if I reach the product or service limit?
The system won't create the next record and shows you a message with your plan's cap. You can deactivate the ones you no longer use, or contact us about moving to the full version of Wirevet, which has none of these limits.
What happens if I run out of storage?
The plan's 300 MB apply to the files you upload (lab results, photos, documents). If they fill up, you can't upload new files, but you keep working normally: booking, treating and taking payment are never blocked by storage.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.
