- Invitations to the owner and the vet. Both get the event in their own calendar, with Google's reminders.

The appointment is created in Wirevet and shows up in Google Calendar on its own, with its video call. Nothing is typed twice.

This is not a generic calendar. Every block knows the appointment type, how long it takes and who covers it. If you close at 2 PM on Tuesdays, the calendar will not offer 3 PM.

About the Scheduling module
How many veterinarians can have a schedule in Wirevet Lite?
Two. The Lite plan includes two veterinarians with their own calendar and up to 4 system users — for example the practitioner, the front desk and whoever handles admin. If you need several vets seeing patients in parallel, that's the full version of Wirevet, which has no such cap.
Can I book patients without an appointment?
Yes. The calendar supports walk-in slots for urgent cases and clients who show up unannounced, and they're recorded like any other visit.
Does the schedule work on a phone?
Yes. Wirevet Lite runs in the browser, so you can open it on the clinic computer, a laptop or your phone, with no app to install.
